okok.its only 8plus in the morning.supposed tu be in bed now.hahas.
anyways,ii;m now at chinese swimming club.
fer the past two days, been attending a conference dher.
conference is fer peeps wann tu become swimming coaches etc.
invited speakers are, Scott Volkers, Leigh Nugent and Laurie Lawrence.
big names, big people. these speakers are from Australia.
wasnt paying much attention tu the other speakers xcept fer Mr. Laurie.
his talk was interesting lars. he's the only one tt managed tu get hold of my attention span.
lols.yeayea.
his talk was mainly on more how coaches can teach kids from 2days after they are born tu become olympics swimmer. example was Duxton Armstrong.
he oso taught how tu teach kids properly and stuff.
all ii can say is tt he's amazing lars.

okok.beta get back tu doing work.helping my coach out at the registration counter today.
yeayea.still early but peeps might start strolling in any moment now.hab tu be on alert!!

by the way, O LEVEL RESULTS ARE OUT TML!OMG!
